What Happens on Day 1:

Day one is about comfort, clarity, and control—not proving anything.

You can expect:

• A quick safety + goal check-in (what you want, what you’re worried about)
• Clear range rules, expectations, and boundaries
• Skill assessment at your pace (no rushing)
• Coaching that focuses on calm mechanics: stance, grip, trigger control, and breath
• A simple “home practice” plan so you keep progressing between sessions

You’ll leave with a plan, not confusion.

What’s Included (4 Private Sessions)

Session 1 – Pack Foundations + Home Safety (Dog Training)

• Assessment of you and your dog’s current habits, structure, and routines
• Leash handling, thresholds, place work, and calm state of mind
• Foundations for bringing your dog into public spaces calmly and safely
• Custom homework so your dog is prepared for the rest of the program

Session 2 – Range Day 1: Safety, Confidence + Accuracy

• 1:1 private lesson at a luxury indoor range
• Firearm safety, range rules, and handling fundamentals
• Grip, stance, sight picture, trigger press, and recoil management
• Slow, controlled shooting to build confidence and calm under pressure

Session 3 – Real-World Pack Handling (Dog Training)

• Taking your dog’s obedience into more distracting environments
• Loose-leash walking, heel, and neutrality around people/dogs
• How to position your dog in doorways, parking lots, and public spaces
• Building your dog into your everyday awareness and safety plan

Session 4 – Range Day 2: Skills, Drills + Everyday Scenarios

• Second 1:1 range session to reinforce and advance your skills
• Reloads, malfunction practice, and decision-making under stress (at your level)
• Distance and accuracy drills to tighten your group
• Mindset coaching: staying grounded, aware, and in control

Regular value of this program is approximately $1,200+:

• 2 private dog-training sessions (value: $500)

As a Founders client, you receive the full program at a reduced rate in exchange for feedback, testimonials, and (with your permission) photos/video we can use to inspire other women.

• Arriving on time and ready to train for each session
• Following all range rules and safety instructions at all times
• Bringing your dog, leash, collar, and any normal gear for dog-training days
• Being legally allowed to handle and possess a firearm, with valid government ID

Is my dog a good fit?

Most dogs are a good fit as long as owners are willing to follow structure at home. Pack + Protect is not a bitework or attack-dog program. Your dog will work on:

• Calm leash manners and following your lead
• Impulse control around people and dogs
• Confidence building through clear structure and routines

If your dog has a history of severe aggression toward humans, please contact me before booking so we can make sure this is the right program or adjust your plan.

Are beginners welcome?

Yes. Pack + Protect is beginner-friendly. You do not need any firearms experience to start. I teach you step by step, in plain language, with a heavy focus on safety and confidence – not ego.

Experienced shooters are also welcome and will benefit from tightening fundamentals, mindset, and stress-management.

What gear do I need?

You are welcome to bring your own firearm and gear if you already have it. If you do not, we will discuss rental options and what is available at the range before your session.

For your lesson, you will need:

• Closed-toe shoes (no sandals)
• Comfortable clothing you can move in
• Water and any personal comfort items

You will receive a confirmation message with exact gear instructions after you apply and are accepted.

How many spots do you take per month?

Pack + Protect is a high-touch program. To keep every session safe and personalized, I only take a limited number of students each month.

Founders Launch spots are extremely limited. Once those are filled, new students will be booked on a waitlist or at the regular rate.

Is this program safe?

Safety is the top priority. All firearm handling is supervised and follows strict range rules. If a student behaves unsafely or refuses to follow instructions, I reserve the right to stop the session.

By booking, you agree to follow all safety protocols at all times.

Are Pack + Protect payments refundable?

No. Due to safety, range scheduling, and limited spots, all Pack + Protect payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be available with advance notice, but no-shows or unsafe behavior will not be refunded.
